Assistant Contracts Administrator
Position Duties: Assist in the implementation of an effective contract administration process. Assist in timely and effective preparation and evaluation of request for proposals, preparation of contract documentation, issuance of award of contracts and decline notices, general commercial administration and close out of contracts. Research scheduling, tracking, maintenance and closure of contract management records.
SELECTION CRITERIA
BASIC REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this job, applicants must meet these basic requirements:
• Demonstrated personal commitment to safety and environmental practices required.
• One (1) to three (3) years experience in contracts, supply chain or related field preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to use computer databases to research, maintain and update records and files preferred.
• Strong analytical, organization, communication and interpersonal skills preferred.
• Advanced computer skills with emphasis on MS Office applications required.
• Ability work in a team environment with a variety of departments and individuals required.
