Human Resources Manager

Position Purpose: This position is to lead and provide coordination around Human Resources and People initiatives as well as assist General Manager in the implementation of HR system and people initiatives at the Kunshan Plant. Position also requires working closely with line management to enable appropriate HR support for the Kunshan business operation. As a key position within the Kunshan lead team, this position is responsible for managing the entire spectrum of the HR function, providing the consultation and advice to the management team regarding the compliance of Alcoa values, regulations and national employment laws. Responsibilities: Establish & implement company HR system and policy, provide the advice and consultation to management team regarding the labor laws and Alcoa value and regulations. Build a competitive compensation & benefits system to retain the key talents and motive the employees. Make and manage the department budget and take the cost saving initiatives in HR and admin department Make and manage the headcount plan to develop the recruiting and staffing procedure and effectively utilize the human resources in the plant. Develop the skill sets for each function and organize the training programs and activities for sustaining know-how and enhancing team capability. Coordinate and implement the improvement action plan for improving the employee engagement and enhancing the employee morale. Build the good working relationship with the local authorizes, and set up the regular contact. Develop communication channels, promote employee activities and company newsletter to enhance the two way communication between the management team and employees.
Plan and promote Alcoa community service Ensure Kunshan HR policies and procedures in compliance with government regulations and company policies, business conducts, and internal compliance requirements, ensure good results of external and company internal audits Ensure that HR processes and activities strongly promote Alcoa EHS value to create safe, health, and environmental friendly working place Ensure that HR processes and activities are positively contributing toward Alcoa Business System (ABS) objectives to achieve business targets Assist GM for organization planning and carry out required organizational changes Performance management, handling of disciplinary action Awards and recognitions management OT control, payroll, bonus, and attendance management, accurate and on-time Build the network with other HR teams in CRP Ensure that human resources are contributing toward Alcoa Business System (ABS) objectives by actively participating in employee relations and strategic planning and through support for strict compliance with ABS and other rules and regulations of the company. Ensure that human resources planning and implementation is met for ongoing and future success of the company. Work on the Corporate GRP HR Lead Team and adhere to required Dashboard Key Performance Metrics. Requirements: Bachelor degree or above Minimum of 6 years working experience in a multinational organization as a HR Leader. It will be a plus working experience in an a dynamic operational business with extensive HR knowledge, solid HRM experience & expertise Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin. Performance driven and results oriented Planning and organizing skills.
