Mill Maintenance Clerk
Position Overview:
We are seeking a self-motivated Mill Maintenance Clerk for our Darlot Gold Mine. Reporting to the Mill Maintenance Superintendent the successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Processing Maintenance department.
Principle accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
• Maintain a high safety awareness and comply with Darlot’s Safety and Health Policy
• Liaise with Mill Personnel at all levels
• Collect and assemble data into required databases, according to procedures and instructions
• Responsible for monitoring and updating Mill Manning Roster for Barrick Staff
The successful applicant must have the following qualifications/skills:
Work Knowledge:
• Experience in spreadsheet and database development and maintenance.
• Understanding of the Mines Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations
Computer Skills:
• Advanced skills in word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation applications.
• Experience in the use of an integrated management system such as Oracle.
Communication Skills:
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
Able to read and write English at an Australian Upper Secondary School standard.

This position is fly in/fly out from Perth on an 4 days on / 3 days off roster. Excellent on-site accommodation is provided.
