RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Analyst will report to the Manager, Applications and his or her main role will be to provide support for Oracle application users. You will participate actively in implementing the EAM of Oracle module (Enterprise Asset Management) along with the team in place and external consultants
„X Develop the knowledge of the Organization and the application
„X Work in close cooperation with external consultants to define the process need to be implemented
„X Train and provide support to Canadian and international users
„X Acquire an in-depth knowledge of the EAM Oracle application as well as our management processes
„X Support Oracle applications: Procurement and Inventory (backup)
„X Identify and collect needs and propose efficient solutions
„X Work in close cooperation with users to enable them to understand application principles and processes
„X Keep analytical documents and specifications up to date in accordance with standards
„X Receive, analyze, and document change requests, follow them up and provide quality control
QUALIFICATIONS:
„X College education
„X Five years of relevant experience
„X Experience in supporting Oracle ERP application system, for the following Oracle modules in particular: Procurement; Inventory and Manufacturer/Maintenance
„X Knowledge of stationary and mobile equipment maintenance (predictive and preventive maintenance programs, repair procedures and spare parts management, periodic maintenance scheduling, and other similar activities)
„X Bilingual (French & English)
„X Ability to travel in both our divisions in Quebec and abroad (10% -15% of time per year)
„X Knowledge of Oracle EAM module, Maximo, Avantis Pro or a comparable system will be an asset
