HR Generalist
Golder Associates Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Generalist for our Lakewood, CO, office. Office hours are from 8 – 5.
This position performs a variety of HR Generalist functions. This is a support role providing exemplary customer service to an internal client base which requires balancing multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment in order to fulfill business needs.
The Human Resources Generalist will assist the Central Region HR Manager in the following areas:
* Recruiting and staffing;
* Compliance with Federal and State Employment laws;
* Employee orientation;
* Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies and procedures;
* Provide high level of technical expertise with Microsoft Office suite of programs, iCIMS applicant tracking system, and Ceridian HRIS;
* Perform various other related duties as required and assigned.

* Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience (may consider equivalent experience in lieu of degree);
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, including proper use of English language, punctuation, spelling, grammar and writing techniques;
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of programs. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and recordkeeping;
* Ability to work independently with limited supervision; exercise judgment and make sound decisions under pressure;
* High level of organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work;
* High level of responsiveness to internal clients;
* Maintain the highest level of confidentiality;
* Flexibility to accommodate business needs and varying duties;
* No relocation is provided.
