Project Administrator
A leading national group based in Brisbane’s Southwest is currently seeking a Project Administrator to coordinate and provide contract administrative support to the QLD Region both pre and post tender and to coordinate commercial relationships contractually from “as sold” through to project handover. You will report directly to the Project Manager.
Daily duties and responsibilities:
* Prompt and correct invoicing including variations and progress claims to clients
* Ensure satisfactory conclusion and prompt Contract close outs
* Assist in the preparation of monthly project cost reports
* Document control – storing and loading documents and drawings.
* Reviewing, data entry and maintenance of ‘As Sold’ sales and rental contracts to ensure package is complete, and collation of all paperwork for contract file
* Raising of subcontracts and review where required when they have been raised by Project Managers
* Liaise with the managers to ensure that all costs are accounted for and all variations are documented approved and are on file
* Maintain subcontractor insurance register, ensuring compliance to company polices and procedures
* Efficient and effective contracts management
* Effective contracts administration
* Compliance with and participation in Contract Review processes
* Maintain subcontractor agreements ensuring compliance to company polices and procedures
