Administration Assistant

Co is an underground coal mine which is host to a resource of 176 Mt of coking and thermal coal. Co is located 29 km south of Blackwater (195 km west of Rockhampton). The company also owns an adjacent rich underground deposit approx. 10 km south of Blackwater.

Administration Assistant
We are seeking a self motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our Safety & Training Team.

This unique position will require the incumbent to:
Provide Admin Support to Safety & Training team
Assist with document management
Data entry of training records and risk management records

Our ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
Previous Admin Experience (minimum of 3 yrs)
Competent in use of Microsoft Office Suite
Highly organised with great communication skills
Experience in document management and data entry an advantage
